Elite FM a facilities management business, in Solihull town centre, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious, and confident in helping us grow our customer base.

Daily you will be required to contact potential customers (in several different industries) about their buildings facilities requirements. You will introduce ESG Security with the aim of being considered for upcoming tenders. You will represent our full range of services to them which includes cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, waste.

Elite FM has been providing facilities services since 2018. We have tremendous credibility in our industry. It is therefore critical, that the successful candidate’s approach to winning new business is highly professional and customised so as not to detract from our impressive standing.

As the Business Development Manager, you will also: –

  • Build your own pipeline of ongoing leads, this may include upselling to existing customers.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Attend site visits/briefings.
  • Manage the handover from sales to operations.
  • Maintain relationships with key existing customers.
  • Keep accounts, customer service and operations updated on relevant customer feedback.

For this you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 per annum with realistic OTE £50,000+. We expect the successful candidate to have existing knowledge of potential customers to be able to hit the ground running.

Caretaker Hunslet, Leeds – £8.91 per hour


Elite FM is a leading facilities provider now recruiting for a Caretaker role at the Penny Hill Shopping Centre in Hunslet, Leeds. We take pride in providing our customers with the highest calibre of staff to meet customer needs.

Our services range from office/retail cleaning, waste, and industrial cleaning, through to specialist services including janitorial supply, and property maintenance. Such solutions are delivered to a broad range of clients and sectors throughout the UK.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Gather and remove litter from service area and maintained car park.
  • Moving waste and associated items to designated waste storage locations.
  • Sweeping.
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the general mall area.

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Sunday 6:30am – 11am.
  • Experience of the role is preferred but not essential.
  • Part-time 31.5 hours per week.
