Case Study – Alderbrook School 19 July 2021

Alderbook School is a large, secondary school, in Solihull founded in 1974. In 2019 Elite FM were awarded the school’s cleaning services contract, to provide:

• Routine cleaning.
• Periodic specialist cleaning.
• Window cleaning.
• Deep cleans.

The cleaning service is highly valued by staff, and numerous studies have shown a clean working environment can benefits pupils. Equally important is the cleaning service being adaptable enough to accommodate the school’s needs. Due to the nature of activities and users of the school hygiene is of the utmost importance preventing lost time due to sickness of both staff and children.

Elite FM has been able to develop a great partnership in the two years we have been providing the service, this has been achieved by taking an honest and open approach when dealing with requests and our effective management of staff absenteeism.
